How it works
A balance is withdrawn by asking the manager on Telegram. There is no automatic payout: a person reviews the request, and every payout is recorded in the transaction history.
What you need
- a verified email address on the account
- a wallet address on the network you name
- an amount of 10 USDT or more
Timing
Usually within a working day. Up to 72 hours at busy times.
Fees
The network fee is paid by the recipient: it is deducted from the amount sent.
When we refuse or hold a payout
- suspected fraud or a compromised account
- funds that arrived from a payment under dispute
- a request that conflicts with the terms of use
In those cases the payout is held while the circumstances are established — it does not disappear.
The record
Every payout carries an amount, a time and a status in your profile’s transaction history.
